Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions? We’ve got answers! From membership options to class details, find all the information you need to get started at Rebel House. If you need further assistance, reach out to us directly – we’re here to help!

  • Membership Options

Rebel House offers several membership options to best suit your needs. Purchase a membership under the location you will be visiting most often on the locations page (yes, you can use your pass at both locations!). You can learn more about each package HERE.

If you choose to cancel your membership, please provide two weeks’ notice by emailing us at memberships@rebel-house.com.

  • Do You Have Specials for New Clients?

We love our new Rebels. New clients can choose between two packages: 2 classes for $25 or a 1-Week Pass (7 classes) for $29. Shoe and glove rental fees apply.

  • Can I Purchase a Gift Card?

Yes. Rebel gift cards never expire and the recipient can use their gift card to purchase classes or any merchandise. Once a class is purchased using a gift card, it will expire just like any other class purchased. If you would like to buy a gift card, please contact us.

  • Can I Buy a Class and Give It as a Gift?

No. You cannot sell or transfer your class to someone else. If you’d like to give the gift of Rebel to a friend, you can purchase a gift card.

  • What Should I Wear?

The most important thing before beginning a workout (especially a new one!) is to wear something you are comfortable in. We recommend wearing form-fitting pants or shorts with a light top or sports bra. Close-fitting clothing won’t interfere with your bike or your workout.

  • I Haven’t Worked Out in a While. Can I Go Here?

Absolutely! One of the best things about Rebel House is that our workouts can be adapted to suit any fitness level. With the ability to adjust the resistance level on the bike or modify exercises in the Riot room, the workout can work for each client’s abilities. With each class, your strength and endurance will build, and so will your confidence! We welcome first-timers and encourage them to choose their own pace and have fun.

First Timers: Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to ensure plenty of time to check in and allow our front-of-house staff to assist you in setting up your bike or getting acquainted with the Riot or Rehab rooms.

  • How Is Rebel House Different from Other Studios?

Rebel House is a boutique fitness studio offering group fitness classes for individuals. At Rebel, clients have the opportunity to choose Ride – a rhythm-based indoor cycling class, Riot – a boxing-based HIIT workout, or Rehab – a music-driven power flow or restorative yoga class. All classes are led by expert instructors who coach students through energizing 45-60-minute workouts designed to challenge the mind and body.

  • Can I Take Class If I’m Pregnant?

We have many pregnant women who can Ride, Rehab, and Riot up to their due date, but we always recommend checking with your doctor before you begin exercising at Rebel House.

  • Is There an Age Limit, and Are Children Allowed at Rebel House?

To attend a class at Rebel House, you must be at least 15 years old and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We do not have child care at our studio and request that if you are taking a class, you do not bring your child with you.

  • Do You Have Lockers and Changing Rooms?

Rebel House provides lockers with easy-to-use locks as well as separate shower and changing rooms, complete with toiletries and additional items for your convenience. If you are showering at Rebel, we ask that you keep your time in the shower to five minutes to ensure that others also have an opportunity to use the facilities.

  • Do You Have Water or Should I Bring My Own?

We sell bottled water for $2.50. We also have filtered water fountains at the studio if you need to fill up.

  • Where Should I Park?

We have a parking lot directly south of our studio! If the lot is full, there is street parking. Be sure to obey Salt Lake City parking rules and restrictions in the area.

  • I Joined the Waitlist, Now What?

If the class you are interested in is full, sign up for the waitlist! To sign up for a waitlisted class, you must have a credit available on your account. If a spot opens up, you will be automatically added to the class and receive an email letting you know. Our normal cancellation policy is in place for the waitlist (you must cancel at least six hours before class or you will be assessed a $10 cancellation fee and lose your credit).

You may always remove your name from the waitlist with no credit deducted as long as you have not been cleared within the 6-hour window.

Clients who have not been cleared for class 1 hour before the start are invited to drop in and wait to see if there are any no-shows. We will let you know five minutes before class begins if you have been cleared. If you are not present in the studio, we will give your spot to the next person on the waitlist.

  • What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

While we know you’d always rather be at Rebel House, we understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable. If your schedule changes, we ask that you cancel your class six hours before the start time. If you do not cancel your class, you will be charged a $10 cancellation fee and lose your credit. You can cancel by logging into your profile online or calling the studio directly. If you need to cancel a membership, please email info@rebel-house.com two weeks before your billing date.
